1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tibvora's website, products, or consultation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Descriptions

All Tibvora products are formulated according to traditional Unani pharmacopoeia and comply with DGDA regulations. Product descriptions are for informational purposes. Results may vary based on individual health conditions. Consult a practitioner before use if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed upon our acceptance, not merely upon placement
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be paid in full upon receipt
• Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes

4. Consultation Services

Doctor consultations are provided by DGDA-licensed Unani practitioners. Tibvora consultations do not replace emergency medical treatment. For severe or life-threatening conditions, please contact your nearest hospital immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tibvora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of jurisdiction in Sylhet, Bangladesh.
